LDR Industries welcomes new partner

Chicago, IL...LDR Industries, a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of plumbing and bath supplies, has announced that Steve Greenspon has joined Dennis and Larry Greenspon as a partner in the company.  Steve enters the company as of August 30th, 2001, and will be involved with all aspects of the business including sales, purchasing, importing and operations.  "This is an exciting time to be a part of not only LDR Industries, but also the entire industry.  Many changes are taking place and I look forward to the challenges ahead," Steve Greenspon proclaimed at a ceremony held at LDR's Chicago headquarters.  "LDR is in a solid position with their new SLK fitting, the most durable malleable fitting the industry has seen, a new line of bath accessories, and several other new product lines to continue its pattern of growth and success."

"The future is very bright for LDR, its customers and its associates," added Dennis Greenspon.  "2001 will prove to be another record year and we have many new products in place to keep the momentum strong for many years to come."  Larry Greenspon further stated, "LDR offers a depth of product line, custom packaging and service unparalleled.  With the fourth generation of family serving at LDR and its parent company, experience has made this company a leader."

Steve Greenspon had previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Park Heating and Air Conditioning Supply, Co, a Division of Pameco Corp, which is a wholesaler of heating and air conditioning products.  Steve Greenspon's father, Ronald, had previously owned the stake in the company as a passive investor.
